System requirements
To use Jaadu RDP you must have one of the following Windows operating systems installed:
- Windows XP Professional or MCE 2005
- Windows Vista Business or Ultimate
- Windows 2000 Server
- Windows Server 2003
- Windows Server 2008*
If your operating system is not on this list or if you're using a Mac try our flagship product Jaadu VNC instead. It works with all versions of Windows and Mac OSX.
Please note: Jaadu RDP does not support Windows XP Home, Vista Home Basic or Vista Home Premium. Microsoft has disabled RDP functionality in these operating systems.
* Jaadu RDP currently does not support Windows Server 2008's TS Gateway role and Network Level Authentication.
