Troubleshooting "Connection Error. The Server closed the connection." - How do I fix this? 1) If you are running XP SP2 or SP3 and see this error immediately after tapping Connect then make sure your video drivers are up to date. There is a known issue with XP SP3 and old Nvidia graphics drivers. You can download driver updates here 2) If you see this error message after you have successfully logged into Windows:
1) Open Jaadu RDP on your iPhone and tap the blue arrow next to your PC's name. Tap Advanced and then Audio. Make sure Play at is set to iPhone. 2) Make sure your iPhone is not set to MUTE - the mute switch is on the left of your iPhone. Also make sure your iPhone’s volume is not set too low. 3) Log into your desktop using Jaadu RDP and click the speaker volume icon on the bottom right hand corner of the screen and drag the volume slider all the way to the top. You should hear bell sounds on your iPhone as you drag the slider. 4) Try restarting the program you were using to play audio. For example let’s say you want to listen to flash radio using Internet Explorer: close all Internet Explorer windows after you log into your desktop over you iPhone and then re-open the radio web page.
